14/01/18 - UPDATE - Dan likes as well, served it with just some mixed baby lettuce as a side for my Slow Cooker Ham & Cheese Quiche and he ate the whole thing.

Ingredients
- FOR EIGHT SERVINGS:
- 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar (I used a small bottle of blueberry-flavoured)
- 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- FOR TWO SERVINGS:
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 1/4 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp pure maple syrup
- salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
