- brisket
- onion salt; to taste
- garlic powder
- celery salt; to taste
- liquid smoke
- Worcestershire

Step 1
Season the brisket with all the seasonings, then drizzle Worcestershire just enough to moisten the other dry ingredients on both sides. Use the whole bottle of liquid smoke (small bottle). Cover, and let marinade overnight. Cook all day at 250'. For the last hour, uncover and cover with barbecue sauce. Cook uncovered for this last hour.
*I like to use a crock pot, and cook it all day.
