Ingredients
- 1 large turnip, peeled and diced
- 1/3 cup butter
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/4 cup cream or evaporated milk
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp pepper

Step 1
Boil turnip until tender, drain. Return pan to heat, shake to remove all moisture. mash, beat in eggs and butter. Add cream - mixture shouldn't be too runny. Add nutmeg and pepper. Put mixture into greased souffle dish. Bake 30 min in 350°F oven.
