Ingredients
- 1 C starter
- 2 t yeast
- 1 1/2 C warm water
- 1 T sugar
- 2 1/2 t salt
- 5 C flour

Preparation
Step 1
add starter, yeast warm water and sugar to bowl and stir together. Add 1 C flour and stir. Let sit 20-30 minutes, Add salt and a little flour at a time until you need to pour onto floured surface, Add more flour while kneading. Once it is ready, put the dough ball into oiled bowl. Cover with plastic and let sit for an hour or overnight in fridge. Punch down and knead. Form into loafs, let rise and bake 425 degrees in a 425 oven
