  • 1 egg per pound of meat
  • preferably fresh breadcrumbs soaked with milk till nice consistency
  • Fresh chopped parsley
  • Fresh pressed garlic
  • Fresh grated Parmesan cheese
  • Onion powder

Bake at 425 till crispy on outside and then add to sauce.
