  • 1 1/2 cups uncooked noodles
  • 1 lb. ground meat (turkey or beef)
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • salt, pepper, and onion powder to taste
  • 3 slices of american cheese
  • 2-4 oz shredded mozzarella
  • handful of pepperoni slices
  • 1 can corn (optional)

Step 1

In a med-large pot, Cook noodles according to package directions. Fry up the ground meat and drain. I like to then cut the slices of pepperoni into fourths so spread it out more in the hot-dish. After draining noodles, place meat, soup, water, seasonings, cheese, and pepperoni (and corn) in the pot and heat until cheese is melted and everything is heated through. Then add the noodles and mix everything thoroughly.

*Our family loves adding corn to almost every hot-dish; it does make it less pizza-like...but it is very good!
