1 cup Sugar
1 lg egg
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325°F. Combine peanut butter, sugar, egg and vanilla to thoroughly blend. Drop by teaspoon 2 inches apart onto cookie sheet. Flatten with bottom of glass dipped in sugar. Bake 14 to 16 minutes until lightly browned. Cool on a rack
