Absolutely Fabulous Greek/House Dressing

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup and 1 tbsp and 2 tsp olive oil
• 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
• 1 1/2 tsp dried basil
• 1 1/4 tsp pepper
• 1 1/4 salt
• 1 1/4 onion powder
• 1 1/4 tsp Dijon style mustard
• 3/4 cup and 2 tsp red wine vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

In a container mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, basil, pepper, salt, onion powder, and mustard. Pour in the vinegar and mix vigorously until well blended. Store tightly covered at room temperature.
