Greek Yogurt Dip

Loaded with protein and veggies and FLAVOR, this stuff is so so good. Very refreshing to snack on, with veggies, preferably, but some whole wheat crackers or pita chips would work too.

Ingredients
- 1 cup plain non-fat Greek style yogurt
- 1 avocado, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup cucumber, finely chopped
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- salt to taste
