Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 large onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 hot banana peppers
- 3 stalks celery
- 2-19 oz cans tomatoes
- 2-14 oz cans kidney beans
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper
- 5 oz can tomato paste
- 1 cup tomato juice
- 1/4 cup chili powder

Preparation
Step 1
Brown beef, drain. Add chopped onion, garlic, banana peppers and celery. Cook 15 min. Add tomatoes, beans, tomato paste, juice and spices. Cook 20 min with cover on and 20 min with cover off. Serve with bread.
