  • 1 lb sole fillets
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • pinch salt
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • dash of Tabasco sauce
  • toasted almonds

Preparation

Step 1

Defrost sole fillets. Separate. Roll in mixture of flour and seasonings. Place on greased baking sheet. Broil 8 min. Do not turn. Serve with lemon butter sauce. Sprinkle with toasted almonds.
Delicious with broiled tomato halves sprinkled with basil, parsleyed potatoes and a green vegetable.
