Ingredients

4-6 Boneless Chicken Breasts
1 C. Feta Cheese
1 C. Pesto
1/4 t. Paprika
1/4 t. Cumin
1/4 t. Oregano
1/4 t. Thyme
1/4 t. Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Cut a slit in chicken breasts, creating a pocket. Stuff with feta cheese.
Place chicken in a baking dish.
Combine spices and sprinkle over chicken. Spoon pesto over chicken.

Cover with foil (shiny side down). BAKE 350 for approx. 45 minutes.
