Ingredients
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup cool whip
- 1 cup conf. sugar
- 2 small packages instant pudding/chocolate
- 3 cups milk

Preparation
Step 1
Mix the first 3 ingredients together; spread in a 9 1/2x13 inch baking dish Bake at 325 for 25 minutes-let cool
Beat until fluffy the cream cheese, 1 cup cool whip and the conf. sugar. Spread on top of crust.
Beat pudding mixes and milk until thick. Spread on the cream cheese mixture.
Spread cool whip on top, cover and place in frig and chill
