- italien sausage 1lb
- rice 1 cup
- chicken bouilon 2 1/2 cups
- peppers red or yellow 2
- tomato sauce 1/2 cup
- onion dicd
- parsley *
- olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
in large pot heat oil medium heat, season the sausage rounds and heat through.
add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil.
cover, reduce heat and cook for 15-18 mins
