Ingredients

• italien sausage 1lb
• rice 1 cup
• chicken bouilon 2 1/2 cups
• peppers red or yellow 2
• tomato sauce 1/2 cup
• onion dicd
• parsley *
• olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

in large pot heat oil medium heat, season the sausage rounds and heat through.
add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil.
cover, reduce heat and cook for 15-18 mins
