Apple Cake

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter; very soft
• 2 cups apples; peeled and diced
• 3 eggs; beaten
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 3 cups flour; sifted
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Step 1

Combine butter, apples, eggs, sugar, & vanilla. Beat well. Add flour, soda, & salt. Mix well and place in an ungreased angel food cake pan or bundt pan. Bake at 350' for 45 to 60 minutes.
