  • Glaze:
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 box golden cake mix
  • 1 box chocolate or vanilla instant pudding
  • 1/4 cup light rum
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup rum
  • 1/4 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

Greae bundt pan with margarine. Dust with flour. Sprinkle nuts in pan. Mix remaining ingrediants in mixer for 2 minutes. Pour cake fully over nuts in pan. Bake at 325* for 1 hour.

Glaze:
Boil glaze ingrediants 3 minutes. Pour over warm cake in pan. Cool slightly. Remove cake while warm.
