Mexican Cornbread

Ingredients
- 2 small jiffy corn bread mix
- 2 cups milk
- 3 eggs
- 5 slices bacon; cooked
- 1 lb sausage or ground beef
- 1 onion; chopped
- 1 small can green chile
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese; grated

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9 x 13 pan with Pam.
Combine corn bread mix (unprepared) with milk, eggs, crumbled bacon, oil, and cream corn. Set aside.
Brown sausage, onion, and chili's - then drain.
Pour half of cornbread mixture in pan, top with cheese and meat mixture, then pour the remaining half of cornbread mixture on top. Bake at 350°F for 50 - 60 minutes.
