Ingredients

2 package corn bread mix (yellow)
1 can cream corn
1 cup cheddar cheese; shredded
2 cup jalapeno cheese; shredded
1 lb hamburger; cooked w/ taco seasoning (or use sausage)

Preparation

Step 1

Fry the hamburger meat and let cool. Mix the corn bread then add the can of corn and 1 cup of jalapeno cheese. Pour at least 1/2 the batter in the pan. Sprinkle the meat and the rest of the cheese on top. Pour remaining batter over meat & cheese, then bake 20 minutes at 350 '.
