Cornbread Dressing

Ingredients

• 1 pan corn bread
• 6 pieces bread; toasted
• 1 tablespoon salt
• 1 lg onion; chopped
• 3 eggs; boiled
• 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
• 1 tablespoon black pepper
• 2 sticks butter
• celery; to taste
• 1/4 cup chicken stock

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingredients together. Put in large pan, and cover. Cook at 350' for 1 hour. (Or you can cook inside a turkey, which is the best, because of the juice to keep it moist)
