Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 1/2 T Dijon Mustard
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1/8 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup grated white sharp cheddar cheese
- Plain bread crumbs & S&P to taste

Step 1
Spray individual baking dishes, wisk sour cream , mustard, wine & S&P. Break 2 eggs in each dish, cover with cheese, top with mixture, then top with crumbs. Bake 350 for 15 mins
