Ingredients
- 6 Eggs, hard boiled and peeled
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 tsp. each salt and black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. sweet onion, minced 1/4 cup finely chopped Celery
- Juice of 1/2 Lemon,(about 2 Tbsp.)

Preparation
Step 1
Whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, onion, salt and pepper in medium bowl.
Chop eggs and combine with mayonnaise mixture. Stir in celery.
