Ingredients
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 tbsp gluten-free vanilla extract
- 2 egg
- 1/2 cup teff flour
- 1/2 cup potato starch
- 1/2 cup tapioca flour
- 3/4 cup white rice flour
- 1/4 cup sweet rice flour
- 1 1/2 tsp xantham gum
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix together flours, xantham gum, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
2. Blend butter, brown sugar and white sugar. Add vanilla and eggs one at a time.
3. Mix flour mixture with wet mixture until smooth.
4. Add chocolate chips
5. Grease baking sheets and bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 7 minutes
