Ingredients

  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
  • 3 oz cream cheese
  • 2 tsp artificial sweetener
  • dash of salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix egg yolk, softened cream cheese, artificial sweetener & salt thoroughly

Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form

Fold together carefully the egg whites and egg yolks until combined

Spoon into 6 mounds on greased cookie sheet & then flatten them slightly

Bake at 300 degrees for 35 mins until slightly browned on top but not dry. Allow to cool.
