Ingredients
- 1 1/2 to 2 lbs. round steak, cut in strips
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- Garlic powder to taste
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1 can whole tomatoes
- 1 med.-size green pepper, cut in strips

Step 1
Brown and drain the meat. Mix rest of ingredients and place all in a casserole. Cover and bake at 325 for 3 hours. Serve over rice or noodles. Can be made in crockpot, cook on low for 5 to 6 hours. Add green pepper last hour.
