Ingredients
- 2 T. salad oil
- 1 lb. raw shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 2 lg. green onions, cut in 2-inch lengths
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 T. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. toasted sesame seeds

Step 1
Heat oil in heavy pan over high heat. Add shrimp, onion, sugar, salt and soy sauce. Cook, stirring constantly until shrimp are tender, 7 to 8 minutes. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
