Ingredients
- 1 lb. raw ground turkey
- 2 c. sliced carrots
- 1 c. sliced onions
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 12 oz. (1 1/2 c.) sliced unpeeled potatoes
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 pkgs. beef instant broth and seasoning
- 1 c. (8 oz.) tomato sauce
- 1 c. water
- 4 tsp. dry Tapioca

Step 1
Mix 1 package of beef broth, mix with ground turkey and form 16 meatballs. Set aside. Mix tomato sauce, water, garlic powder, Tapioca and other package of broth mix. Spray 9 x 13-inch dish with pam. Layer vegetables, carrots first, poatoes, celery, onion. Then add meatballs on top. Pour sauce over all. Cover with foil and bake all afternoon at 250 or in a crockpot or bake at 400 for 2 hours.
