  • 3 to 4 lbs. spareribs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 c. Heinz toamto ketchup
  • 3 T. honey
  • 1 T. lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Cut ribs into 2 rib sections. Parboil ribs in enough water to cover, until tender, about 40 minutes. Drain well; season with salt and pepper. Combine ketchup, honey and lemon juice. Brush on both sides of ribs. Grill or broil 6 inches from heat until ribs are hot, 8 to 10 minutes per side. Brush frequently with sauce.
