Ingredients

  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 (5-oz.) can tomato soup
  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 sm. chopped onion
  • 2 eggs
  • Pepper
  • 2/3 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 sm. can mushroom pieces
  • 2 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded

Preparation

Step 1

Mix soup and tomato sauce; set aside. Combine meat, onion, eggs, crumbs, oregano, salt, pepper and 1/2 of soup mixture. Add together and mix thoroughly. Roll out into a rectangle on waxed paper. Spread mozzarella cheese and mushrooms over meat. Roll up like a jellyroll. Bake for 1 hour at 350, remove from oven, spread ther 1/2 of soup mixture over top and bake for 15 minutes more.
