Ingredients
- 1 c. barbecue sauce
- 3 lbs. beef cubes
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 8 sm. whole potatoes
- 8 carrots, cut in 1 1/2-inch pieces
- 2 celery ribs
- 1 (16-oz) jar sm. onions
- 1/3 c. cold water
- 3 T. flour

Preparation
Step 1
Marinate the beef and barbecued sauce for 3 to 5 hours. Cook meat for 1 hour. Add vegetables and cook for 35 to 45 minutes or until tender. Add flour and water to thicken.
