Ingredients

  • 3 or 4 lbs. chicken (using only meaty pieces)
  • 1 c. raw rice
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup (or mushroom soup if you prefer to use pork chops)
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 2 T. butter or oleo

Step 1

Mix together. Put into greased (Pam) 9 x 11 x 12-inch pan. Place large pieces of chicken (or large pork chops) over rice mixture. Sprinkle with salt and dot with butter. Bake at 350 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until meat is tender.
