Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) bag frozen broccoli pieces
  • 1/2 bag frozen cauliflower pieces
  • 1 sm. can sliced carrots, drained
  • 1/2 bag frozen San Francisco blend vegetables
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese, grated
  • 1/3 generous c. sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 can Durkee French fried onions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Cook broccoli, cauliflower and San Francisco blend in salted water, until almost tender. Drain very well. Combine all ingredients, except 1/2 of onions and 1/2 of cheese. Pour into 9 x 9-inch pan. Back, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions and back for 5 minutes more, until golden.
