Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen cauliflower or fresh
  • 1 can green beans, drained
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • Water chestnuts
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. seasoned croutons
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook package of vegetables separately, according to directions and drain. Mix with water chestnuts and put in a 10 x 14-inch casserole. Blend remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables. Sprinkle crushed potato chips on top, if desired. Bake for 30 minutes.
