Sweet Potatoes in Sauce

Ingredients

• 1/2 c. white sugar
• 1/2 c. brown sugar
• 1 c. orange juice
• 3 T. cornstarch
• 3 T. butter
• Salt to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Mix sugars and cornstarch well in saucepan. Add the salt, orange juice and butter. Cook until thick, stirring. Pour over cooked and peeled sweet potatoes (enough potatoes to fill 9x13-inch baking dish). Bake, uncovered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
