Ingredients
- 1 Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 can whole-kernel corn
- 1 can cream-style corn
- Salt
- Pepper

Step 1
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into greased 10x13-inch cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour.
