Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- 1/4 cup fresh-squeezed lime juice, plus grated zest
- 1/2 of a bunch of cilantro leaves & tender stems (about 1 cup)
- 1/2 a ripe avocado
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup 2% Greek yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons 2% milk
