Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 T. flour
- 2 c. half & half
- Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Saute mushrooms in butter until golden, about 3 minutes. Stir in half & half; simmer, constantly stirring until thickened.
