Ingredients
- 2 (3-oz) pkgs. lemon jello
- 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
- 1 (7-oz) bottle ginger ale or 7-up
- 1 (8-oz) ctn. Cool Whip
- 1 (8-oz) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 can cranberry sauce

Step 1
Drain pineapple; add water to make 1 cup. Boil and dissolve Jello in liquid. Let cool. Add ginger ale, pineapple and cranberry sauce. Chill until set. Mix Cool Whip and cream cheese together. Spread on top of the Jello and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
