Ingredients

  • Sangria:
  • 2 cups cran-raspberry drink
  • 1 bottle beaujolais wine
  • 1/2 pint strawberries, hulled
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar
  • Garnish:
  • 1/2 pint strawberries, hulled & sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 2 small navel oranges, sliced

Step 1

For Sangria: Combine cran-raspberry drink and wine in 1-1/2 quart bowl or pitcher. Puree strawberries, raspberries and sugar until smooth. Add to bowl. Stir well. Can be mixed several hours ahead and refrigerated.

For Garnish: Gentle toss strawberries with sugar. When ready to serve, add to sangria along with remaining fruit. Stir gently. Serve chilled.
