  • 1 cup black beans, rinsed & dried
  • 14 cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 of a red or yellow pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked, cold quinoa (60 grams dry)
  • 3 cups organic mixed greens

Preparation

Step 1

Place the dressing in the bottom of the jars.
Add the black beans followed by the tomatoes, then the peppers.
Add the quinoa then the greens.
