Savory Phyllo Rolls

Ingredients
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 T tomato paste
- 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning, crushed
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 12 sheets frozen phullo dough, thawed
- 1/3 cup butter, melted

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375. Brush a baking sheet with melted butter or oil.
In saucepan cook beef and onion until meat is well browned. Drain and break up any lumps. Stir in tomato paste, seasoning and salt.
Place 1 sheet of phyllo onto work surface. Brush half with melted butter and fold over unbuttered half. Place 2 heaping T meat mixture 3/4" from edge. Roll over once, fold sides in and roll to end. Brush with melted buter. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Place on baking sheet. Bake 15 - 20 minutes until crisp and golden. Serve warm.
