Step 1

What You’ll Do:
Roll out a pie crust so that it is nice and flat. Next, cut it in three pieces. Then, cut these pieces in half so that you end up with 6 pieces in total. Take each piece of pie crust and use it to line a cupcake pan. Fold back the edges that end up running over the sides of each cup.
Next, brown your ½ pound of ground beef in a pan. Once it’s cooked through, add 1 cup of vegetables on top and mix them in with the meat. Spoon this meat and veggie mixture (your filling) into each of the six pie crusts so that they are all full. Add a spoonful of mashed potatoes on top of each pie, and then bake these at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
