- 1 Cup Flour
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 Cup Milk
- 2 Eggs
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Grease cups of muffin tin. Place pan in oven and preheat until sizzling hot. In medium bowl, sift flour
and salt together. Add milk and eggs and beat with electric mixer until smooth, about 2 minutes. Pour batter into hot muffin tin, filling each cup about 1/2 full. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 375 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes more. Do not open oven door while they are baking. Great with butter and jam.
