Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tsp liquid honey
- 6 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 9 tbsp oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salad:
- 1/2 head romaine, in pieces
- 1/2 bunch spinach
- 3 mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 red pepper, cut into small pieces
- 1/4 cup pumpkin or sunflower seeds
- 10 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 1/2 Feta cheese, crumbled
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Step 1
Dressing:
Blend or shake dressing ingredients until frothy. Make at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to blend.
Salad:
Assemble ingredients in a large bowl. Add dressing and mix.
