Ingredients

  • 1 C evaporated milk, heated
  • 3/4 C butter or margarine
  • 2 C herb seasoned bread dressing mix (Pepperidge Farm)
  • 2 C cooked and mased squash
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1/2 t pepper
  • 3/4 C chopped onion
  • 1 C grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in heated evaporated milk. Pour over dressing mix or cracker crumbs. Mix well and add to squash. Add seasoning, onion, cheese and eggs. Mix well. Bake uncovered in a 2 qt casserole at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
