  • 4 lbs Frozen or Fresh Ground Beef
  • 2-3 Small Onions, Chopped
  • 4 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • 10 3/4 oz Can Beef Consume

Preparation

Step 1

Instructions
Place beef in slow cooker and top with remaining ingredients.
Cook for 2 hours(on high if frozen, low if fresh) and then chop to crumble.
Cook for 2-3 more hours until meat is fully cooked.
Drain and sprinkle on cookie sheets to cool.
Divide into four freezer bags and push all air out before freezing
