- 1 ⁄2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 ⁄2 cup finely chopped flat-leaf parsley
- 1 ⁄4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients with 1⁄2 cup water and season with salt and pepper. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
