- Water/oil mixture
- 3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons low sodium ketchup
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 4 (4-oz.) boneless loin pork chops

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven broiler. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil wrap and spray with water/oil mixture. In a cup, combine soy sauce, ketchup, honey and garlic. Arrange chops on prepared baking sheet and brush with half of the sauce. Broil until browned, about 5 minutes. Turn chops and brush with remaining sauce. Broil until chops are cooked through, about 5 minutes longer.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Brown rice and steamed green beans.
GLUTEN FREE: Make sure soy sauce and ketchup are gluten free.
