Ingredients

large can of milk
juice of 3 - 4 lemons
grated rind of 1 lemon
1 cup sugar
14 graham crackers

Preparation

Step 1

start freezing can of milk
Whip milk then add lemon juice & rind & sugar

Roll out graham cracker, put 1/3 of crumbs on bottom of ice tray. Pour milk etc. over then sprinkle remaining crumbs on top and freeze
