  • 1 pound butter (softened)
  • 1 pound cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 pounds powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Step 1

Beat cream cheese and butter together in a bowl with a mixer. Gradually add in the powdered sugar. Once all of the sugar has been added continue mixing for another 15 minutes. After mixing, gently fold in the lemon juice and the vanilla.
